  • Responsibilities
    • Perform a wide range of clerical, secretarial and general office duties including those of a confidential nature.
    • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, screen calls, take messages and schedule meetings.
    • Interact with the general public as NYU liaison and with University personnel including those at the senior level.
    • Perform general word processing duties utilizing intermediate to advanced-level functions.
    • Modify and/or create databases and complex spreadsheets.

    • Must be available to work 20+ hours per week during our business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00am and 5:00pm)
    • Excellent customer services skills.
    • Must be proficient using Google mail and calendar.
    • Ability to operate basic office equipment (e.g., personal computer, photocopy/fax machine).
    • Proficiency with basic word processing applications
    • Ability to perform basic data entry.
    • Good writing and proofreading skills.
