Job Description
The Wilma and Peter Veldman Family Psychology Clinic at the University of Notre Dame is seeking a Recruitment and Events Coordinator to join our dynamic and mission-driven team. This role plays a critical part in advancing the clinic’s research and community engagement efforts by supporting participant recruitment and coordinating events that connect our work to the broader community.
About the Clinic:
The Veldman Family Psychology Clinic is Notre Dame’s premier institute for clinical science, training, and community mental health. As part of the College of Arts & Letters, the clinic brings together faculty, staff, and students who are pioneering innovative research, delivering exceptional care, and preparing the next generation of mental health professionals. Our work is deeply grounded in the University’s mission to be a force for good—with a particular focus on expanding access to evidence-based, high-quality mental health services for underserved populations.
Position Overview
The Recruitment and Events Coordinator is a full-time, in-person position that supports the Veldman Family Psychology Clinic and affiliated research programs. The successful candidate will strengthen participant recruitment efforts, coordinate community-facing events, and help increase awareness of research opportunities and Clinic initiatives.
Working closely with faculty, researchers, staff, and students, this individual will develop and implement recruitment strategies, maintain recruitment systems and communications, and ensure the successful planning and execution of events. This role is central to the Clinic’s research mission, helping connect individuals and families with meaningful research opportunities while fostering strong community engagement.
