The College That Works Continuous Posting POSITION: Data Entry Clerk, Business Office Assistant, Bookstore Clerk, (These positions are temporary, part-time and as- needed). SUMMARY OF DUTIES : Assists in the efficient operation of the department by providing support to students, staff, and instructors as needed. Assists office personnel with various functions of the college to include sorting, matching, filing, scanning and copying paperwork to accomplish various job tasks. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1. High school diploma or GED certificate. 2. Two years full-time experience in a clerical office setting required. 3. Ability to work flexible hours required. 4. Demonstrated training, work experience, or specific knowledge in the assigned area. SALARY: Commensurate with experience and education as determined on Reid State Technical College local Salary Schedule, at a rate of $7.79 - $25.00 per hour for a maximum of 19 (nineteen) hours per week.
