    Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in discipline or master's degree and 18 semester hours in discipline from an accredited college or university.

    **Essential Functions/Duties:
    **

    • Teach courses in accordance with college and departmental policies and procedures, as well as Basic Course
      Information sheets.

    • Prepare and submit timely grade reports and other reports on student performance as may be scheduled or required.

    • Organize class activities and assignments, relating them to the overall learning outcomes of the course.

    • Provide input and work with other faculty and staff to review, produce and/ or select course-related materials.

    **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    **

    • Extensive knowledge of the subject area(s) in which the individual is responsible for instruction.
    • Knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of effective communication and of effective instruction.
    • Knowledge and understanding of the characteristics and challenges of community college students.
    • Knowledge and understanding of principles of curriculum development.
    • Computer literate and able to navigate in a Windows environment.

    KEY ACTIVITIES

    • Assist and support project management in all phases of development life cycle
    • Coordinates communication between subsections of the project team on medium to large projects
    • Works closely with customers and coordinates communication between subsections of the project team on medium to large projects to communicate all aspects of requested IT work to ensure products meet specified requirements and perform within acceptable user expectations; works closely with the business and IT during to ensure products maintain overall system integrity; works closely with business and IT to ensure process efficiency, data quality, and/or metadata integrity.
      • Ensure business requirements meet the needs of the business, can be supported by IT, and are documented correctly
      • Ensure business requirements are written in a way that is understandable to the business and IT staff.
    • Compiles detailed project or analysis documentation for systems based on customer needs
    • Documents and explains business processes to technical staff assuring requirements are met
    • Works closely with customers and coordinates communications with project team members
    • Work closely with quality assurance analysts during testing to ensure overall system integrity
    • Applies system solutions to business problems by developing queries, reports, or requirements for application changes and enhancements
    • Assist with application training of customers
    • Resolve 3rd level Help Desk calls
