Embedded in a team of research staff and under the supervision of the Principal Investigator, the Research Associate II is a mid-level researcher who is responsible for planning, developing, and carrying out research and evaluation-related activities of multiple contracts and grants in the lab. They can work independently in a group without too much guidance. This position is fully grant-funded and contingent on grant funding.

Primary Duties/Essential Functions:
Prepare reports/manuscript proposal preparation and submission:
* Perform data analysis.
Develop and conduct surveys/interviews for research/evaluation and other data collection activities:
* Conduct interviews and surveys (at offices and in the field, including off-site participating clinics). Interview questions will be structured and semi-structured.
Coordination of research and evaluation activities and information dissemination activities:
* Coordinate planning and implementation of teaching and training activities (meetings, conferences, training sessions, didactic courses, e-events).
Screen and code interviews and other data:
* Review completed interviews for internal logic, errors, and missing information.
Manage data entry, creation of tracking database, other computer tasks, and coding quality control efforts:
* Design data collection tools.
Research and Evaluation Administrative tasks:
* Work with PI on human subjects’ documentation and applications to Institutional Review Boards.
