About the role

In this role you will have responsibility for the smooth running of the residence and ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction. This role is a temporary, full-time position, covering our weekend and night shifts, with two weekdays off per week.

Your key tasks will consist of, but not be limited to:

• Planning and managing arrivals and departures.
• Liaising closely with catering and residence suppliers.
• Ensuring accommodation meets high standards of quality, cleanliness, and comfort.
• Ensuring a consistently high quality of meals.
• Coordinating damage checks and collecting room deposits.
• Welfare and discipline.
• Dealing with problems and emergency situations should they arise.

Requirements

• Shifts: 5PM to 12 (Midnight)
• Weekend availability (2 week days off per week)
• Organized with a high level of attention to detail.
• Capable of using your own initiative.
• Have the right to live and work in the country of employment.
• Complete fluency in English.
• Attend a training weekend before your contract commencing.
• Must obtain be over the age of 21+
• Obtain a Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Earnings

• $18.00 + Room & Board
