We're hiring Residential Advisors (camp counselors) for a program at the University of Pennsylvania. RA's will be responsible to:

• Live among our students and staff from all over the world
• Guide a group of students through daily scheduled activities
• Ensure student's safety at all times, manage behavior, and act as a role model
• Work closely with you co-counselor in a positive and respectful manner
• Participate in a wide variety of activities including camp trips
• Communicate clearly and effectively with your direct supervisors pertaining to any issues or concerns
• Help create a safe, fun, and enriching summer for our students, their families, and the staff
• Plan daily activities, go on trips, and provide a safe and fun experience for our students
• Supervise students throughout their stay including during mealtimes, evening activities and off-campus trips
• Program dates may vary but will begin early June and and mid August.
• Participate in staff training that is mandated by the Department of Human Services
