Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Web Support Specialist for the Department of Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Counseling Professions. This position will work with the newly funded Mental Health Technology Transfer Center ( MHTTC ) located in the Rutgers School of Health Professions, Department of Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Counseling Professions. The MHTTC focuses on workforce development via training and technical assistance, engaging with organizations and treatment providers involved in the delivery of mental health services to strengthen their capacity to deliver effective, evidence-based practices to individuals with mental health conditions. This position is 100% grant funded. Designs web pages. Converts course content from Office Software to Articulate Storyline. Designs online courses using Moodle, Articulate Storyline, Canvas, and other similar platforms that provide for content delivery, student faculty interaction and student to student interaction. Edits and revises course content as needed. Assists in production of video segments for web based courses. Troubleshoots technical difficulties.
