  • Responsibilities

    The Sr. Administrative Coordinator provides high-level executive, administrative, and operational leadership support to the Department of Medicine. This role serves as a trusted partner to departmental leadership, ensuring the efficient coordination of executive functions, office operations, faculty affairs processes, and special projects as assigned. The Sr. Admin Coordinator acts as the Office Manager for the Chair's suite and reports directly to the Associate Administrative Director. The position supports strategic priorities, manages complex workflows across clinical, academic, and administrative domains, and ensures the department operates in a professional, responsive, and well-coordinated manner. The position requires on-site presence for meeting and event support. The Sr. Admin Coordinator provides administrative support and scheduling for Department of Medicine Vice Chairs, including the Vice Chair of Clinical Operations, the Vice Chair of Research (Basic), the Vice Chair of Research (Clinical and Implementation Sciences) and the Vice Chair of Quality and Patient Safety.

    Required Skills

    Associate's degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
