Full-Time Percentage 100 Job Standard / Operational Needs Support current ongoing provisioning, de-provisioning and changes to system access in a dynamic academic medical environment with a diverse population. Design, develop, implement and support the components of complex identity-based systems in the area of identity and access management, directory services, workflow, security, provisioning and compliance. Develop viable and effective technology solutions to complex business needs according to customer requirements. Provide timely response to incidents reported by customers, including participation in off-hours support rotation. Serve as a technical resource in daily troubleshooting and resolution of complex and everyday problems with user accounts. Immediately communicate and escalate status of all business-impacting issues to team members and management. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of Identity and Access Management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Strong troubleshooting skills in a distributed environment, as well as excellent team-oriented interpersonal, customer service skills, and ability to work with non-technical customers required. Ability to work under stress in emergent situations, have the flexibility to handle pressure coming from multiple directions at the same time and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and balance conflicting demands required. Experience with Micro Focus NetIQ, eDirectory, Active Directory, Azure, Identity Manager, Sailpoint, Role-Based Provisioning and other account management applications preferred. Experience with Epic Security, Microsoft security, and Office 365 a plus.
