  • Responsibilities

We are an education technology startup committed to teaching every high school student to code!

We're looking for a Sales/Account Manager to join the team. We need a confident communicator, writer, relationship builder and strategic thinker who can talk with principals, teachers and other school administrators about computer science as a new subject for most schools.

We're looking for someone who shines when speaking to new people. You move quickly and efficiently. You are a team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a respect for the details and focus on quality. You thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment. (This is not your typical Glengarry Glen Ross sales organization.)

    Key responsibilities:

    • Communicate by email and phone with schools to develop solutions to help their computer science programs start or grow.
    • Develop and maintain customer profiles, build new contacts/customers, identify and influence customer needs.
    • Prioritize school base and ensure availability, visibility, and promotional activity with respect to that base.
    • Advance and close the sale and build customer relationships.
    • Acquire and maintain a high level of understanding of the company’s products.
    • Proficiently use and adapt to multiple software programs and platforms.

    About Us:

We are a small, impassioned team who started with an idea and now help over 10k students in 600 schools learn to code.

Computer science opens more doors for students than any other discipline in today's world. Learning even the basics will help students in virtually any careerfrom architecture to zoology. Just as we teach students how to dissect a frog and how electricity works, it's important for every 21st century student to have a chance to "dissect an app" or learn how the Internet works.
