    Job Description

    The Opportunity:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Associate to support our Travel & Hospitality sales team in managing customer contracts, pricing updates, and billing coordination. This role plays a critical part in ensuring hotel partners receive accurate contracts and pricing as their property portfolios evolve.
    The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating new contracts when property management changes occur, maintaining contract accuracy, and working cross-functionally with Finance to resolve billing and invoicing inquiries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with contracts and pricing structures, and enjoys collaborating with internal teams and customers to ensure a seamless commercial experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Contract & Pricing Management

    • Draft, issue, and manage customer contracts and amendments related to property ownership or property management changes.
    • Update pricing structures and contract terms when hotels add, remove, or transition properties within management groups.
    • Ensure each contract revision is properly documented and distributed through the company’s digital contract platform.
    • Maintain accurate records of contract versions and pricing changes.

    Sales Support

    • Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to ensure contracts accurately reflect negotiated terms.
    • Assist with contract renewals, amendments, and pricing updates across hotel portfolios.
    • Help track contract execution and ensure timely completion of agreements.

    Billing & Finance Coordination

    • Serve as a liaison between Sales and Finance to investigate and resolve invoice and billing inquiries.
    • Assist customers with billing questions and coordinate internally to ensure prompt resolution.
    • Help reconcile contract terms with invoicing and payment records where discrepancies occur.

    Customer & Internal Communication

    • Communicate contract updates and documentation requirements to hotel partners and internal stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure a smooth contracting process.
    • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team as needed.

    Operational Support

    • Maintain accurate CRM records related to contracts, pricing, and customer accounts.
    • Support reporting and tracking of contract activity and property-level changes.
    • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes around contracting and billing workflows.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Here's What We're Looking For:

    • 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, contract administration, account management support, or sales support, preferably within SaaS, FinTech, or hospitality technology.
    • Experience working with customer contracts, pricing structures, or billing processes.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contract updates simultaneously.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Sales teams.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and contract management or e-signature platforms is a plus.

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience working with hotel groups, property management companies, or hospitality technology platforms.
    • Familiarity with payment processing, ACH transactions, card payments, or card authorization workflows.
    • Exposure to subscription pricing models or SaaS contracts.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000-$70,000 plus benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
