• Understand the needs of our clients in order to effectively communicate the benefits of and sell our services

• Participate in daily high-fives

• Hate cold calling? We do too! All warm lead calls to prospective students and families who have asked for more information about our services

• Achieve sales targets set by management

• Manage lead records to ensure we can properly follow up and place tutors

• Assist in client service and build strong relations with our students and families

• Ringing the gong when you make an awesome sale

• BA or BS preferred (no, not that type of BS ;) )

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong sales/customer service orientation (as in, you love helping people by providing them with high-quality products/services!)

• True Grit (the grittier the better!)

• Readily available for a game of ping pong or Jenga (preferred)
