Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License
- CCC or CFY in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Location:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs
- Provide direct therapy services aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and relevant team discussions
- Document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Manage a caseload within the K-12 environment, ensuring timely and effective service delivery
