We are looking for someone who can help support LifeScape in Electronic Medical Records (EMR), this position helps in utilizing analytical skills and experiences to investigate or escalate support issues and resolve incidents for the organizations EMR users. You will also be communicating updates of the EMR applications to the affected departments.     • Prioritizing and analyzing EMR problems for users and troubleshoot
    • Adding and assigning securities to new users, disconnect users in accordance to HIPAA guidelines
    • Updating admissions and discharges
    • Obtaining and analyzing required documentation for state reviews
    • Working with EMR vendors to modify business processes
    • Auditing files

    Required Skills Required Experience

    An associate degree in a Health Information Technology field is required. Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) certification is preferred or eligible for testing within six months of starting. A minimum of three years’ experience with EPIC / One Chart required. Additional experience utilizing Therap also preferred.

    • MSN degree
    • Experience with on-campus nursing lab settings
