We are hiring now for a Ship ping & Logistics Coordinator to join our team!

The Role

This role’s main responsibilities include fulfilling orders, controlling inventory, operating mailing equipment , and providing excellent customer service .

You are a team player who thinks creatively and is not afraid to express new ideas . You like streamlining processes, improving workflows , and are conscious about c ost s . The ideal applicant takes pride in their work, is self - motivated and driven. Enthusiasm, attention to de tail, and ability to multitask will make you a successful candidate .

Technical systems for this role include: Internal CRM, SharePoint, FX Ship Manager, and MS Excel however, b asic computer skills and knowledge, proficien cy in MS Office applications, and being comfortable learning new software and systems will be what you need to succeed in this role.

Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in a fulfillment, shipping/receiving, mailroom, customer service, retail, or hospitality environment is a plus!

• Ability to stay motivated while performing repetitive tasks

• A problem solver who likes finding ways to improve processes

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize.

• Strong written and verbal communication, and customer service skills are a must

• Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting daily goals

• Comfortable spending a large portion of the day on your feet

• Able to occasionally lift boxes up to 50lbs

The current work hours are M-F 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM in our Cambridge, MA office.
