    Job Description

    Develop, maintain and grow SikaBond, DriTac and SikaLevel product line sales through specifications, partnerships with distributors and with strong relationship with the contractor and applicators
    The SikaBond, DriTac and SikaLevel products line includes wood flooring adhesives, resilient flooring adhesives, primers, waterproofing elements, subfloor prep products and all system solutions related to the product application.

    Specific Responsibilities:

    • Grow sales and deliver forecasted results by focusing on the end-users and by developing and maintaining solid working relationships with contractors, specifiers, distributors, and key business influencers.
    • Introduce, demonstrate and promote current and new products with hands-on product demonstrations, marketing presentations & professional product displays.
    • Drive lead generation through jobsite visits, specifications and cold calls.
    • Update CRM systems daily SFDC
    • Contribute to key customers and prospects relationships.
    • Develop field action plans, sales strategies and deliver territory budget.
    • In coordination with his/her manager, always Investigate, document and report all complaints and claims for service in territory and coordinate same with Technical Service Division.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years outside sales experience with proven success;
    • Extensive experience with Flooring Installation Systems including wood flooring adhesives, resilient adhesives and subfloor preparation in commercial & residential applications
    • Ability to conduct effective product presentations and hands-on demonstrations
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 package as well as Salesforce CRM.
    • Understanding of architectural specifications and construction design elements
    • High level of personal motivation and strong business integrity.
    • Adaptability to relate to and interact with customers and business influencers.
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
    • Willing to travel up to posted geographic amount, with some overnight stays;
    • Proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal) highly desirable.
