JOB SUMMARY:
Primary responsibilities will be supporting the Customer Service and Transportation Departments by monitoring international and domestic shipments from origin to destination. Duties include assisting with the management of shipments with data entry, phone and email communication and paperwork distribution. This individual will be accurately entering data into our shipment tracking system, apprising team members, agents and customers with current status of assigned shipments.
