Job Description

The IT Analyst Intern will assist in capturing workshop lead requirements and processes for sales in HubSpot. You will support the automation of account creation in Spear Online and filling out information needed to be captured at time of sales. In doing this you will learn how to work with business partners to understand a problem and translate into system requirements. You will also learn Service Desk Management and how to work within an Agile organization. 

Qualifications

• Must be a student actively pursuing a degree in a related field.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Enthusiastic desire to learn and work collaboratively with the team
• Proven ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
