- Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher, particularly with K-8 students.
- Strong understanding of learning disabilities, specifically SLD and DD.
- Ability to implement effective push-in and pull-out support strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers to integrate support within the classroom.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to meet evolving needs.
- Provide targeted instruction in reading fluency, comprehension, and foundational math skills.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress.
