Location: San Luis, AZ
Duration: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, onsite

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies to meet varying needs.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and team members regarding student development and challenges.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and IEP compliance.

Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Special Education certification.
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Card.
• Experience teaching K-12 students, preferably in a diverse classroom setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
