Location: San Luis, AZ
Duration: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, onsite
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies to meet varying needs.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and team members regarding student development and challenges.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and IEP compliance.
Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona Special Education certification.
- Arizona IVP Fingerprint Card.
- Experience teaching K-12 students, preferably in a diverse classroom setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
