This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop strong office and communication skills learn about the world of special events and communications, and build an understanding of customer relationship management in a friendly and positive environment.
This role will support the office with the following duties:
Qualified applicants will be detail-oriented with strong organizational and inter-personal skills. Applicants should be able to communicate effectively in person and in writing, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, applicants should be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and presentation software such as PowerPoint. Database experience, especially with Salesforce, a plus. Design experience, such as InDesign or Publisher is preferred but not required. Should have ability to lift 25 lbs.
We are looking for candidates who can work a flexible schedule of approximately 20-30 hours per week. Previous professional office experience and event experience a plus. Positive attitude and ability to think on your feet is a must.
