Job Description:

I. Build Belief and Invest the enterprise in our Moonshot.

• The Learning Quality Team are captains of conviction. We believe in the unlimited potential of scholars and our educators and are determined to achieve our Moonshot goal by June 2026.

II. Set, Realize, Capture, and Narrate the Standard for Learning Quality

• The Learning Quality Team is on the frontlines of the moonshot. This means we set the standard for learning quality AND illustrate the standard by teaching to realize the standard ourselves.

III. Track and Manage Progress towards Learning Quality Targets

• Track and report on enterprise performance on Learning Quality Goals, including assessment performance, out of school learning, and academic failure

VI. Enable Schools in Achieving Learning Quality Goals

• Ensure schools have the knowledge, skills, and resources to meet our goals
