Primary Purpose:
Provide administrative support necessary to facilitate duties and responsibilities within the Office of Admissions and Student Financial Planning. Perform essential duties to support recruitment and event planning.

Required Skills
AA/AS degree required. Will consider a combination of education and experience in lieu of degree. At least three to five years administrative support experience required. A high level of organization, accuracy, attention to detail, flexibility, multi-tasking, good judgment and interpersonal skills are required. Excellent follow-through is required. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently, and to maintain positive and collaborative relationships with others. Should possess good written and verbal communication skills. Must maintain confidentiality at all times. Works to build an environment that promotes and facilitates the success of Diversity and Inclusive Excellence. Occasional night and weekend work may be required.
