Overview
At Hult International Business School, coaching is an integral part of the student experience. Student Development Coaches (SDCs) work with undergraduate students to support their personal and professional growth, skill and mindset development, and academic planning.
SDCs take a whole-student approach, guiding students through a range of topics-from goal setting and time management to self-reflection and skill-building-using structured coaching conversations and tools such as Personal Development Plans (PDPs), dashboards, and skill-based resources. Coaches build relationships that help students feel seen, supported, and empowered to take ownership of their journey at Hult and beyond.
