Perform general word processing, spreadsheet, and data entry duties utilizing intermediate-level functions.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, in a higher education student service office.
Experience with PeopleSoft Student Records and Campus Community Models.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
Good writing, proofreading, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness and ability to learn and quickly adapt to new technologies.
Ability to manage confidential information.
Willingness to learn/understand FERPA and other related policies.
Compensation
$13.50 per hour
