The Student Support Liaison role is responsible for promoting student success by providing holistic, student-centered support across a variety of service areas. The Student Support Liaison serves as a key point of contact for students and is accountable for student persistence by proactively engaging students and removing barriers to their success. Student Support Liaisons collaborate closely with other university departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of student inquiries and contribute to a culture of care and engagement aligned with the institution's mission and values. This role models the institution's core values and plays a critical part in fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. This role reports to Advising and Retention Services.

_In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $18 and $23 an hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
