The Idea Lab is a youth enrichment facility that focuses on Summer Camps, Afterschool Programs, and Birthday Parties. We strive to provide the most unique child care in the Houston area by offering a wide variety of classes to a wide age range. From cooking to 3D Printing, there is very little we cannot do. Your interests/educational background in Art, Music, Science, Engineering, Technology, Cooking or anything that will appeal to kids will make your resume stand out from the rest.

Responsibilities include:

• Work within the Idea Lab Program to help facilitate the curriculum that is provided.
• Provide a safe and clean environment for kids of elementary age.
• Provide energy to our program that is positive and infectious that creates an energy that kids want to be a part of.
• Manage a classroom of 8-12 kids.
• Travel between different camp campuses.

• 1 year (or 1 summer) of child care in an organized setting.
• 1 year of completed studies at the collegiate level.
• A passion for working with children of multiple age groups.
