Join the TechKnowHow team for the summer by being our Summer Camp Supply Coordinator. We provide LEGO, coding and tech camps throughout the Bay Area. We are looking for a responsible, hard-working person to lead our efforts to provide our camps with the supplies and set-up necessary for success!

The Supply Coordinator will be responsible for -

• Preparing supplies for summer sessions
• Transporting supplies to our 20 Bay Area locations
• Setting up classrooms for camp
• Removing supplies once camp ends
• You will also coordinate the activities of couriers and set-up helpers who will assist you.

The position provides opportunities to develop leadership and management skills, learn logistics scheduling, and manage classroom set-ups.

• A larger vehicle, such as a truck or SUV is preferred for transporting supplies.
• Compensation is $20/hr, plus transportation reimbursement of 50 cents per mile traveled going from our Foster City office to a camp location. Locations are throughout the Bay Area, from SF to San Jose, and from Berkeley to Pleasanton in the East Bay. It is important that you are willing and enjoy driving since you will be out of the office for approximately 30-40% of your work time.
• There will be some lifting of wheeled duffel bags containing camp supplies (up to 35 lbs per duffel).

We are seeking someone who is available to begin in May and can work through August.

• Someone who enjoys manual labor and driving.
• You will be sorting camp supplies, taking supplies to different camp locations, and setting up rooms for camps.
• Your work is vital to ensuring a great camp experience for students.
• You will gain leadership and time-management skills as you work with and develop schedules for couriers and assistants that help with classroom set-ups
