Job Description
A culinary arts teacher trains campers (ages 7-16) in basic knowledge of the culinary industry. Makes a different daily recipe. He or she maintains a learning environment where campers are encouraged to ask questions, show respect for the teacher and other kids and learn about the culinary arts. Instruction involves hands-on participation from the campers so that they develop a firmer understanding of the activity. A culinary arts teacher modifies instruction, as needed, to meet the needs of all campers.

River Way is a place to build confidence, skills and experience within targeted majors (but not limited to) such as Liberal Studies, Kinesiology, Recreation Tourism Management, Event Management, Arts, Communication; etc. Learn skills through over 55 hours of intensive training in Child Behavior Modification, Conflict/Resolution, Lifeguard, CPR, 1st Aid and more. This is where you are a role model to so many amazing children and get hands-on experience working with them.
