THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

• THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. RECRUITER MUST COME INTO THE OFFICE DAILY; LOCATED IN OLDSMAR, FL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and multitask.
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales or customer service is favorable.

OTHER DETAILS:

• Monday to Friday mornings, 8am – 5pm - flexible hours after 100 days.
• Competitive salary PLUS uncapped commission.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Post our client's jobs online.
• Recruit healthcare professionals via phone, email and social media.
• Assist credentialing and payroll with obtaining secure documents from your healthcare professional.
