JOB SUMMARY

In this role, you will be responsible for the providing excellent customer service by keeping our shelves full and clean. Interacting with and helping each customer is the best part of this job. You will give customers direction of product location throughout the store while, maintaining excellent communication with the Department Managers. You will work across all departments and the potential for career growth is endless. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work safely at all times and follows all established safety guidelines and procedures.
• Work in designated departments with an ultimate goal to provide excellent customer service and support to fellow employees.
• Maintains correct department signage and pricing.
• Bring loads to the sales floor and stock shelves.
• Answers questions, and practices suggestive selling.
• Assists with sampling, processing customer transactions, keeping displays full, clean, and appealing.
• Follows and complies with all applicable health, sanitation and safe work habits.
• Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work; work all scheduled shifts and attend required trainings and meetings.
• Must be able to work mornings, nights, weekends, holidays and overnight (if applicable).
• Performs other duties as required or requested by management.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Able to work prolonged periods of time in an environment with fluctuating temperature ranges
• Able to stand prolonged periods of time
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
• Able to push and pull heavy objects with or without assistance
