    Job Description

    Come experience Notre Dame Athletics firsthand! The Ticket Office Representative plays a key role in delivering a positive first impression and exceptional service to fans, students, and guests attending athletic events. This position assists with game day and event ticket sales, will call, and general ticketing inquiries, ensuring each patron enjoys a smooth and efficient experience. The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, often with a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends.

    Key responsibilities

    • Process ticket sales, exchanges, and reprints through the ticketing system in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Provide excellent customer service to all patrons, resolving ticketing issues courteously and professionally.
    • Assist with will call operations, including distribution of pre-purchased and complimentary tickets.
    • Accurately handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments while following established financial procedures.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ticketing policies, event schedules, and venue seating.
    • Support the setup and closing of ticket windows on game days and during special events.
    • Collaborate with full-time staff and student workers to ensure efficient box office operations.
    • Represent the department and university in a positive and professional manner at all times.

    • Basic computer skills: Proficiency in basic computer operations, and sometimes, specific ticketing software.

    Additional Information

    Rate of pay: $15/hour
