(SPAN) Job Summary:The Salesforce Administrator has a working knowledge of the SalesForce.com CRM platform and works closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals and gaps, and gathers business requirements for SalesForce.com projects and initiatives. (SPAN) Duties and Essential Job Functions: -Performs general salesforce.com support functions including user account maintenance, reports, profiles, dashboards, workflows, new user setup, and other related tasks. -Provide "out of vox" solutions for student acquisition. -Partner with subject matter experts and external vendors to design systems, integrations, and solve business problems using salesforce.com. -Partners with the development team to deliver world class solutions for the organization. -Provide End User Training and Documentation during roll-out. -Performs other related duties as assigned. -Position Requirements: Required Education and Experience: -High School diploma or GED equivalent. -2+ years' experience using SalesForce.com platform. Preferred Education and Experience: -Bachelor's Degree. -Experience in sales clod and service cloud business processes such as JIRA. (SPAN) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: -Knowledge of emerging cloud technology. -Skill in oral and written communication with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively at all organizational levels and with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. -Skill in the use of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook. -Ability to be solution oriented, solve problems and think creatively. -Ability to be a self-starter, highly motivated, with an entrepreneurial mindset. -Ability to work independently.
