Art Models must be available on some Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30am-12:15pm for the Spring 2019 semester, which begins Jan. 14, 2019.
We hire models for an art class that focuses on drawing the figure. We hire models to pose nude for our classes so that they may better understand the human body that our students hope to represent in their figurative art.
The school pays $37.50 per 3 hour class session ($12.50 per hour).
These poses range from action poses for short duration poses, to standing poses for medium time length poses, to seated and reclining poses for longer poses.
We ask that our models be reliable and on time due to the fact that if a class is expecting to draw a model, and they come late or do not show, this can be a problem for a class.
For hygienic and safety reasons, we ask that a model brings sandals or slippers for in-between poses, as well as a robe, or towel for breaks.
Our models get a break half-way through class, and shorter breaks as well.
