OMNNI / WESTWOOD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, INC. is seeking an immediate full-time Architectural Drafter with a high level of technical ability, an eye for detail and a passion for the built environment, to join our Appleton, WI office. The ideal candidate should be creative, should have the desire to take initiative, and should have the ability to multi-task between different projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Required Skills Required Experience
Bachelor or Associate degree in a discipline relating to Architecture is preferred.
Minimum 3 years’ experience.
Proficiency with REVIT and AutoCAD. Knowledge of Lumion is a plus.
Proficiency with other 3D modeling packages and plugins a plus.
Knowledge of building construction and technology, including structure.
Strong knowledge of architectural design, drawing set production, and 3D coordination.
Ability to learn and take direction.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent verbal, written and graphic communication skills and strong attention to detail with a high quality professional level final work product
Speed and consistency are important
Self-Starter with the ability to follow through, work independently and within a team
Vigor and desire to learn new processes and technologies
Exceptional ability to analyze and understand results
Maintain high level of competency of software function through continued use and training
