    Operations Assistant TPIRC/ Southern California Food Allergy Institute - Long Beach, CA TPIRC is a non-profit clinical care and research center that focuses on the development of cutting-edge, individualized treatment protocols for rare and orphan diseases utilizing comprehensive diagnostic tools and patient-driven research. We offer cutting-edge treatments and exceptional advancements in care across our five primary areas of focus: Food Allergy, Cystic Fibrosis, Bronchiectasis, Immunodeficiency, and Airway Inflammatory Disorders. Our treatment programs are one of a kind with unmatched success rates. Our team is rapidly growing and we are looking for new members to support our mission. TPIRC is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic self-starter to fill a dynamic role in our Business office. The Business Operations Assistant will support the Business Operations Manager with special projects and will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the business office. Primary Responsibilities include: * Light Office administrative tasks to be shared occassionally with admin assistant: phone, e-mail, conference room reservations, office correspondence. * Data Entry- conversion & entry of clinical data (lab results) * Assisting with special projects including but not limited to; * Expansion projects- build out of additional office space, furniture selection & assisting with overseeing installation and completion of various project components. * Youtube Kitchen Studio build- ensuring timelines are being met * Assistance with technology procurement and installation projects * Assistance with maintaining healthy revenue cycle; tracking income and patient payments; budgets & forecasting; * Purchasing & inventory control * Facilities issues This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced operations assistant who would like to learn the ins-and-outs of a startup medical business and develop their existing project management skills. The role is critical in helping the Business Operations Manager organize and execute short-term and long-term projects and goals timely and effectively. Must be highly motivated and flexible, with little need for formal supervision; have the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines; efficiently coordinate multiple projects; maintain confidentiality; exhibit creativity and attention to detail; demonstrate exceptional communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills; work well with all levels of management both internally and externally and be eager to learn.
