    EF Education First, the world leader in international education, is looking for a passionate, organized, and hardworking Travel Operations Coordinator to join EF’s Travel Service Team. In this role, you will be a member of an energetic, multinational team and report to the manager of the Flights Service Team for EF World Journeys.

    The ideal candidate is motivated to provide a beautiful customer experience, is solutions oriented and creatively finds the best flight itinerary for each customer’s request.

    Start date for this full-time position is October 1, 2024.

    What you’ll be doing

    • You will be responsible for all customer flight requests across World Journey’s
    • This role will require you to gain in-depth knowledge of airline contracts and policies to ensure we are considering all possible flight options.
    • You will work closely with Sales & Service teams across World Journey’s to provide options to customers, work through Group requests, and support in increasing upsell opportunities.
    • You will assist product teams in training, expectations setting, and customer flight escalations.
    • You will support your fellow Travel teammates with other assignments as necessary to ensure that flights are delivered on time, on budget and within quality guidelines

    Who you are

    • Must have at least 4 years of relevant work experience or a 4-year degree .
    • You can prioritize requests to achieve Service Level Agreement on turnaround time.
    • You are intuitive in replying to customer requests, going above and beyond to offer exceptional solutions.
    • You have excellent communication skills and can clearly convey information, mainly in written form.
    • You consistently demonstrate a keen eye for accuracy, ensuring all tasks are completed thoroughly and meticulously, which helps in maintaining high standards and minimizing errors.
    • You can manage escalations related to customer flights with a solution focused approach.
    • You embody a “nothing is impossible attitude” when it comes to helping your team achieve its goals
    • You are flexible and understand that the Travel industry is unpredictable, and you are prepared to ride the highs and lows
    • You come to work every day with a work hard and have fun attitude
