Taylor University is seeking applications of candidates for MULTICULTURAL STUDENT RECRUITER. This is a FULL-TIME, 12 MONTH, NON-EXEMPT position located in Upland, Indiana. Resumes will be accepted until position is filled.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
MULTICULTURAL RECRUITMENT
Develop strategies and directions for off-campus recruitment of American ethnic students
Coordinate overall strategy for recruiting underrepresented populations
Assist in the process of integrating the needs of prospective American ethnic students throughout the current enrollment management system
Develop ongoing relationships in the areas of Fort Wayne, Chicago, and Indianapolis and other targeted geographic regions with community organizations, pastors and key influencers (i.e. Pursue Scholars, By-The-Hand, Shepherd Community, Center for Leadership Development)
Coordinate on-campus relationships with key institutional partners (Office of Intercultural Programs, Academic Enrichment Center, Counseling Center, Church Relations, etc.) to support first-year retention of American ethnic students
Partner with Church Relations to increase church engagement among this population
