The purpose of this program is to promote growth and help students in the Peoria Public School District identify areas of career interest. The student will be assigned a department based on interest and selection process. Once placed in a department the student will go through a 9-12 week program that will have them working in different position of the department to show them what a career progression might look like at UnityPoint Health. They will also assist in project work and daily tasks as assigned. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Essential functions are the duties and responsibilities that are essential to the position (not a task list). Brings any questions or concerns regarding compliance to the immediate attention of hospital administrative staff.
