Job Brief

We are looking for a self-motivated individual that thrives in helping people achieve their career goals.  Applicant must be enthusiastic, friendly, and loves working with people.  The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively handling student enrollments along with multi- job duties, while meeting or exceeding departmental goals along with any other duties that maybe assigned. The candidate will have to work closely with administrative team and be a huge team player and motivator.

  Job Description:

• Meet or exceed departmental goals

• Schedule Appointments for prospective students

• Inform prospective students about programs at Unitech Training Academy

• Ensure the prospective students meet the criteria in order to enroll at Unitech Training Academy

• Review all documents in the admissions packet with the prospective student

• Follow up with students frequently to assist them through the enrollment process

• Attend Job Fairs to seek prospective students

• Submit required reports to the Director

• Duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must have at least one year of administrative experience.  Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Must have the ability to handle a multi-line phone system and be knowledgeable in computers.  Recruiting, sales, and public speaking experience is a plus. Must possess a high school diploma/G.E.D.
