Transports tables, chairs, equipment, etc. as necessary to locations on and off campus. Assures that cleanliness, hygiene and safety factors are in place for each event. After a two to three month day shift training period, the typical assigned schedule for this position is 2 pm 11 pm, with occasional day and frequent weekend hours required . Minimum Requirements: 1. A high school diploma or GED equivalency is required. 2. A minimum of 1-year employment experience in facilities set up (to include space configuration, loading and storing heavy furniture and equipment, or similar experience) is required. 3. Experience in operating fork lift, boom lift, and similar equipment is strongly preferred. 4. General knowledge in building/equipment repair and maintenance is preferred. 5. Must possess exceptional customer service, time management and detail-orientation skills. 6. Must be at least 21 years of age. 7. Must possess a current and valid Texas drivers license and be insurable under UMHB auto coverage..
