    • The HEI (Higher Education Institution) Program Coordinator is responsible for managing the freshman and transfer student scholarship application processes from application submission to scholarship acceptance. This position requires occasional night and/or weekend presentations of university financial aid options to student and parent groups or at information fairs, assists in the current student scholarship application process, assists outside scholarship coordinator, and prepares and organizes scholarship appeals for the Scholarship Review Committee. The Higher Education Institution Program Coordinator will also accurately respond and problem solve scholarship and financial aid issues for all current and prospective students, parents, and university faculty/staff contacting the Academic Scholarship Office via personal, phone and email contact. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others. - Minimum Qualifications: Please ensure that all relevant application materials include details addressing the minimum qualifications.
