The successful candidate will have a record ofsuccess in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce platform. The positionwill work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subjectmatter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes such asmarketing and recruitment functionalities. This role is part technical projectmanager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. The CRM Administratorwill be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support,maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform. Examplesof Work Performed: * Serveas primary system administrator for the Salesforce platform. * Handleall basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reportsand dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks. * Completeregular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades. * ManageSalesforce data feeds and other integrations. * Coordinatethe evaluation, scope and process for onboarding new users. Including training,business process evaluation and implementation. * Coordinatethe evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests. * Workwith our institutional management team to establish suitable processes tosupport administrative, development, and change management activities. * Effectivelyact as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application developmentteams. * Workwith clients in the university community to translate business needs intobusiness processes and into detailed CRM requirements Salaryand Benefits: Thesalary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 and is based on experience.This position is not eligible for overtime compensation.
