Job Summary: The University of Colorado Denver l Anschutz Medical Campus is seekingapplications for a Marketing Analyst. This full-time University Staff (non-classified) position will enhance and implement electronic communications,event websites, print materials, stories and other marketing strategies toincrease visibility and targeted outreach for CU Innovation events. Examples of Work Performed: * Createnew marketing in-take forms for marketing requests/projects * Trackall projects via project management software * Buildevent planning checklists * Createand manage marketing plans and marketing budgets for CU Innovations events * Designgraphics/fliers/collateral materials and ads for SEHD in InDesign

    • Createevent webpages * Coordinatewith UCOMM and CU System to download select external audience lists intoSaleforce * Draftand send promotional emails in Marketing Cloud * Executesponsorship paperwork, approvals and coordination * ManageCU Innovation website content for event-related activities * Promoteevents via internal channels like SEHD Impact and the SEHDs Academic Servicese-newsletter * Coordinatewith University Communications to promote events in CU Denver TODAY, attendingmonthly UCOMM meetings and reaching out to the team as necessary * Ensurethat all event and program communications adhere to the university brand andSEHD messaging. * Monitorand evaluate electronic media and marketing efforts utilizing effectivemetrics. Report usage, track traffic, monitor trends and gauge success ofstrategies, processes and tactics. * Assistat daytime and evening live events, as necessary. * Maintainclose working relationships with internal teams Salary and Benefits: The salary isnegotiable and commensurate with skills and experience.
