    TPC Twin Cities is currently seeking an ASSISTANT FOOD & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR to assist with the vision, leadership and strategy to inspire our staff to deliver exceptional service and drive financial success.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Assisting the Food & Beverage Director with all facets of the Food & Beverage Operations, including recruiting, employee relations, and scheduling  
    • Assigning work schedules and training staff in our Service Excellence philosophies 
    • Supervising the service staff on the floor during all meal periods
    • Ensuring food and service standards are maintained, maintaining reservation system, managing new staff orientation, and coaching existing staff
    • Being present for food service and club events to assist the team, members and guests as necessary
    • Assisting with the responsibility for payroll for the Food & Beverage Department and monitor policies, procedures and controls

     

    QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

    • Knowledge of general business administration practices, sanitation guidelines and state liquor laws as applied to food and beverage service operational practices and procedures as would be acquired through 5 years of similar experience in progressively responsible positions and/or education.
    • At least 3 years’ supervisory experience with a proven track record to train, mentor, develop and retain staff
    • A passion for impeccable service and be a team player
    • Must be detail oriented, organized, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Must be a self-starter and have a positive attitude with a passion for service excellence and member satisfaction
