    We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Content Manager to join our marketing team. As a Digital Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies across various digital platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive client and talent acquisition and retention. The Digital Content Manager role will involve crafting compelling and impactful content that aligns with our brand, values, and marketing objectives.

    Required Skills

    • Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive content strategies that support our overall marketing goals. Identify target audience segments and create content plans to reach and engage them effectively.
    • Content Creation and Curation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media channels, email newsletters, and other marketing collateral. Curate and repurpose existing content to maximize its reach and impact.
    • Content Optimization: Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic visibility and increase website traffic. Stay updated on SEO best practices and incorporate them into content creation and distribution processes.
    • Channel Management: Manage the content publishing schedule and distribution across different digital channels. Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all platforms while tailoring content to suit each channel's unique requirements and audience preferences.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance using relevant analytics tools. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and social media reach. Use insights gained to refine content strategies and improve future content effectiveness.
    • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creatives, marketers, and subject matter experts, to gather information and develop engaging content. Coordinate content creation and distribution timelines to ensure timely delivery.
    • Content Governance: Establish and enforce content governance policies, including editorial guidelines, style guides, and brand standards. Ensure content complies with legal and regulatory requirements and upholds the company's values and image.
    • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, content marketing techniques, and industry best practices. Proactively recommend innovative content formats and strategies to improve audience engagement and achieve marketing objectives.

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Proven experience as a Digital Content Manager or similar role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
    • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools
    • Highly proficient with social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
    • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to drive content strategy.
    • Creative mindset and ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving digital landscape.
