The University of Montana invites applications for an Assistant Director (AD) of Residential Support & Community Responsibility for UM Housing. The Assistant Director of Residential Support and Community Responsibility oversees residential student care and support initiatives and UM Housing community standards procedures. As a member of the Residential Experience Leadership Team, you will manage day-to-day activities related to full-time and student staff supervision, the residential experience, crisis response, and student conduct and support in the residence halls and apartments. You will work to develop positive, safe, and inclusive communities under the guidelines established in the University of Montana and UM Housing policies. In addition, you will work with the Area Coordinators and Community Directors to manage and supervise the residential curriculum and social program endeavor in the residence halls and apartments; and develop, manage and coordinate living learning activities with campus partners with a goal of student retention.
