    Position Information Job Title Student Involvement Intern Department Student Services Essential Functions Support the Student Involvement Office by being a resource person for students and staff through supporting them on various needs and working on various projects such as planning summer events for incoming students and student organizations; helping to promote student involvement events using social media and other platforms; helping to develop assessment projects for student programs. Meet regularly with supervisor to get support and training; identify opportunities to enhance development; and provide updates continuously to enhance performance. Attend all requested staff meetings including general office and advisor staff meetings and other meetings as assigned. Work Schedule Additional Duties Required Qualifications Required Education: Bachelors Degree Required. Required Experience: Experience working with students in a team, organizational, or leadership role/capacity Organizational skills Strong communication skills (oral and written) Commitment to intrapersonal-development, student advocacy Preferred Qualifications Preferred Education: Preference shown to students in the following programs: Public Administration, Student Affairs, Counseling, Psychology.
