Valencia College is now hiring a full time LIBRARY SERVICES SUPERVISOR to our west campus.

In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of staff, resources, and equipment related to the Circulation/Reserves/Interlibrary Loan/Serials. Supervises the technical work related to the library’s Circulation/Reserves/Interlibrary Loan/Serials area and utilization of the automated/reserve system. Communicates with librarians, faculty, and staff and Technical Services staff to accurately process and maintain materials.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Experience in supervising and training staff; budget management; and in organizing areas, functions and/or projects.
• Customer service experience involving conflict resolution.
